I read a review of the Lexus Hybrid SUV. Boldly stated in that review was the
fact that this vehicle cannot be driven offroad. Seems that the hybrid
driveline cannot tolerate high loads at low speed, eg steep hills or climbing
out of holes or over rocks. If you are thinking about a hybrid for cave trips
read the owners manual before making a decision.
