Ohhhhh? Just invite the cell phone people to put up a strudy 150 foot tower out there to serve that portion of the real world. Then build a platform in it to serve as observation deck and buzzard roost, not to mention a good spot to do vertical practice during the time people aren't caving or mopping up buzzardshit.
