Howdy y'all,

I just wanted to send out an email with last minute information. For
directions to the site, visit www.oztotl.com/tcr to find a map and
directions. The site is Flat Creek Ranch, the site where TCR was held last
year. There will be a map at registration showing the locations of
different activities, events, and camping areas.

There will be the usual fun activities that take place. Bring your vertical
gear for the climbing competition, helmet (knee pads and elbows optional)
for the speleolymics, and survey gear for the survey competition. As in
past years, we have lots of really great prizes and door prizes available.

For the "Big Feed" on Saturday evening, please bring your own plate (or
platter), utensils, and a drinking vessel. You are also encouraged to bring
a drinking vessel or some sorts to take advantage of the keg beer, too. We
will only have a limited number of cups available. If you don't bring one,
you might be out of luck. ;-)

I have ordered wonderful weather for the weekend and it is looking like it
will be delivered. The highs will be in the low 80s and lows in the low
60s. Make sure you bring clothes to be cool during the day and warm at
night. It is supposed to be sunny so sunscreen might be your friend.

The fee for the weekend will be $25 for adults and $15 for children 12-18.
The Texas Cavers Reunion is not only about having fun, it is also about
bringing cavers together. This year is the 50th anniversary of caving in
Texas. In honor of that, TCR will be offering a half price rate to those
cavers who were caving in Texas before 1965.

If y'all have any questions, feel free to email me.

See y'all there,

Allan
