CaveTex: Higher Efficiency LEDs

	LED research is producing ever brighter and more efficient LEDs.  For a 
look at a couple of concepts, see <http://www.rpi.edu/futurechips/> and 
click on Reseasrch, then scroll down to the last two items on the 
page:  LEDs with omni-directional reflectors (ODR-LEDs) and Double Active 
Region Light Emitting Diodes (DARLEDs).
