The hurricane should dump a lot of
rain on the San Fernando area.
If the rain dumps 5 to 10" on the Sierra Madres, well that might create
some fun caving, as Jeepers suggested.
Are there any caves northeast of Ciudad Victoria, like around the
small town of San Carlos?
Charles Fromen suggested to me that there are plenty of springs
north of Ciudad Victoria that could be investigated.
