Terry Plemons, Ed, Fito and I were in the village and talked to the mayor. We were doing a tour of the river and the mines in the mountains. We talked to him about Carrizal and he allowed as how it was dangerous and that it should have a gate to fence to keep people from wandering in. He was well aware of the problems as was his son a student at Texas Tech who was there.
