Off-topic.... but please do not hit delete button. I know most of you love dogs.
I am giving the Official Locklear Seal of Approval to the movie, "Isle of Dogs." The only reason this movie is not smashing box-office records is that it is mostly in Japanese with a Japanese cultural theme and it is not an action movie, etc. and it is not a film of real characters. It is similar to the old late-60's tv show "Davey and Goliath." in the technique that it was filmed and the slowness of the plot. It gets a 100 for originality, a 100 for quality, a 100 for entertainment, a 100 for talking dogs, a 100 for music, a 100 for art, a 100 for dog-humor, etc. In our dark age of toxic society, we need movies like this.
