This city allegedly made the media's list of 25 most dangerous cities in the world.
I have been there about 15 times, but the last time was 19 to 20 years ago. I just surprised it was considered more dangerous than San Fernando, or Matamoros or Rio Bravo, or Reynosa. My daughter is allegedly having her Quincean~era ( 15th birthday party ) in Reynosa in October or November. D.L.
