off-topic post about robots

You can now allegedly purchase a robot. The one
in the video link below allegedly cost $ 50,000.

Promobot or robots like Promobot would function similar to the
one on the old tv show "Lost in Space."

There are some fascinating new videos on YouTube, showing
recent bipedal robot technologies.

I think people in about 10 years are going to see automated
machines in their daily lives that perform things in a robotic
way. There is no doubt that one of those things is going to
be a nanny-like robot to entertain babies ( see QTrobot )

I would guess or wager that only the rich will be able to afford them in
their homes for the near future.

The only cave-related thing I can see is a tour-guide like robot, in caves
with a handicapped-friendly trail, or in the lobby of the tour cave as a
kiosk
display, or performing security in the parking lot, at all places, caves,
campgrounds,
roads, buildings, etc.

I would predict that in 2030, we will see a robot jump into Golondrinas
under its
own AI, and crash-land without losing functionality. It will likely
resemble a large
praying-mantis with webbed legs like a flying-squirrel.
