I would propose the TSC throw a Hurricane Barry Party. My sixth sense says the south Texas weather forecasters have no clue about this one.
I predict a few flooded cars in the low-lying areas that always flood near Houston, on probably Monday night, in part, because so many motorist here have no clue how to drive in areas that are one foot above sea-level during a tropical storm. D.L.
