I wish these types of articles would not be published for a 3rd grade audience.
It would be worth noting what the largest known cave within 5 miles is, or the deepest, or prettiest, or most significant. Or that cave explorers have lots of in in nearby caves. Or that the caves could, in theory, be 10 mile long, or have the largest population on Earth of a unique troglobitic arthropod.
