Thanks Carol ❤️ As I have said before, our wonderful community of cavers from all over will be our strength! The rest part is the hardest for me, but happens when I really need it! Like for about half an hour just a bit ago when sat down before cleaning dishes from yummy backyard picnic from kids. I just go off! Lol
