--------------------------- The National Cave and Karst Research Institute (NCKRI) is hiring for three different jobs. This person will conduct, assist with, and facilitate multidisciplinary cave and karst scientific and management research and data collection in the field, laboratory, and office. Basic knowledge of the physical sciences and scientific research methods is required. Advanced knowledge of cave exploration and working safely in cave and other field environments is required. This person will administer the functions of the Institute's Education Program, which covers cave and karst education at levels from K-12 and the general public. This includes outreach for partnerships, developing educational activities, including curricula, workshops, seminars, field trips, and lecture series, and creating educational materials in all media. A Master's degree in education, science, environmental science, or environmental management is desired but may be substituted by equivalent experience. Must have at least 5 years of experience in conducting and developing educational programs, especially science-oriented.
