Would anyone be willing to research Chris Torek's current address? I
haven't communicated with him since 1992 or so.
I know the University of Maryland is the stated copyright holder, but I
think it would be best to get a clarification from Chris before
attempting to contact them.
BTW, as for how important these utilities are: dviselect and dviconcat
are, in my opinion, critical and we can't lose them. If we cannot get
the license fixed, we'll have to rewrite them. Ugh.
