Description: clicking the Mathematics menu under a certain circumstance
triggers the following error, upon which TeXmacs quits:

To reproduce: Empty document. Create enumerate (A-e). Type some text.
Create equation (A-$). With the cursor inside the equation environment,
select Mathematics menu. Bang!
Comments: The Format menu also appears empty.
