All extra fonts were generated by myself from the .mf sources
using the mftrace program. In the even larger Windows fonts package,
I also copied the Bluesky and a few other fonts from TeTeX and MikTeX.
I'm not sure what you mean by the the Windows font package, I have installed the
TeXmacs-extra-fonts-1.0-noarch.tar.gz tarball, and they seem to solve problems for the fonts
shipped. Unfortunately it seems like the set of type1 fonts are not complete. Would it be possible
to complete it?
More specifically the problems that remains are:
Warning messages: mktexpk: Mismatched mode ljfour and resolution 300; ignoring
mode.
Font generated in users home dirs instead of /var/cache/font..
remains (at least) for fonts:

There seem to be missing fonts, example error message:

Also, could you please license the extra fonts. Perhaps if type1 is default it would be good with
all the fonts in the standard GPL tar.gz, and a smaller tar.gz package on the side?
