In the latest 1.0.6.15 source tree ftp://ftp.texmacs.org/pub/TeXmacs/targz/TeXmacs-1.0.6.15-src.tar.gz , I found a stale CVS file ./misc/admin/.#admin.makefile.1.175
AFAIK, there is no use of this file and it should be removed from the tar ball.
