cmake build process is not up to date. the current build method
supported on all platforms is the standard configure/makefile.
Could you try to build another software (for example the freetype
library) to see if the problem is linked with texmacs or depend on
your system?
Again: which kind of system are you working on? how do you installed
the required libraries (guile, freetype, qt, etc....)
