[Texmacs-dev] Popup window

I am getting really envious of other interfaces to R that pop up the  
arguments that a certain function uses as you type it. So if you type  
'read.table(', a popup will show you all arguments to the function  
read.table.

What would be the best way to implement something like this in  
TeXmacs? Is it possible for a script to open a popup like the one that  
appears when you hold the mouse over a widget?
