Nothing wrong. Svn branching and git branching are not congruent. There is no 
other general solution. Perhaps rather than clone the whole repo, clone the 
main branch. 

Git-svn can I think only track one report but there are ways to get all 
branches as git branches if you want to leave svn behind. They are not worth 
the effort though.
