Dear Sam, I want to follow up on the inaccurate way the pdf readers jump to the hyperlink destinations. If you look at that file : http://arxiv.org/pdf/1107.5013 http://arxiv.org/pdf/1107.5013 , you will see that the links work much better: they always appear centered in the window. Do you think that could be done?
