Hi,

  it looks great! The support for the table of contents is awesome too. Two
comments:

* The unanounced hard dependency on ImageMagick confused me for a while. A
small warning would've helped. See the attached demo patch.
* Link targets seem to be set to the baseline of the line where the target
is. This has as a consequence that one has to scroll one line after
clicking a link to see the actual section/theorem/whatever pointed to.
(Preview on MacOS 10.9)
