With SVN updated just now, when I cut-n-paste some XML as text (to show as text with all the angle-bracket glory) some of the items appear in texmacs in red as single tokens.
e.g. if I copy this from a text editor: <sample> <item>here</item> </sample> and past-from-verbatim, this document fragment is produced: \<sample\> \<less\>item\<gtr\>here\<less\>/item\<gtr\> \<less\>/sample\<gtr\> which has the word <sample> in red.
