I suggest: - For GNU TeXmacs 3.x, upgrade to Guile 3.x - For GNU TeXmacs 2.x, we stick to Guile 1.8- For Python, we upgrade to 3.x and drop 2.x support for GNU TeXmacs 2.x and later
- For Qt, we upgrade to 5.x and drop 4.x support for GNU TeXmacs 2.x and later
