Dear all, I've asked an italian math blog to publish an article about TeXmacs and we have it now:
http://maddmaths.simai.eu/divulgazione/focus/texmacs/ it should bring some visibility to the system in the italian university and high-school areas and in general to people interested in math. Some similar initiatives are ongoing for french speaking and english speaking countries. I will keep you informed.
