Just made SageMath work on Windows.
Here is my PR: https://gitee.com/texmacs/plugins/pulls/1/files It works but the scheme code has not been well organized. I need extra several hours to improve the PR. It might be a good news for GNU TeXmacs users on Windows. That's why I post the unmature PR here!
