Hello, I have written a chapter, Why Write With Wikis, which is due to be published in a book next year. I would like to include a screenshot of Wikibooks, specifically of http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Creative_Writing, as an example.
I'd appreciate it if someone on this mailing list could suggest how I might get permission (or at least some acknowledgement) to include the screenshot in the book chapter.
