Hi, there is no version of the RobotsTxtPlugin for Trac 0.11 and no source updates nor response to update requests of the owner.
I would be ready to take over as a maintainer of this plug-in. This is a request for transfer following the rules of AdoptingHacks <http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/AdoptingHacks>.
