Oh, I remember that :-)

When I'm wrote this experimental plugin, I had some impressions:
 * python binding (1.3, 1.4.x) was buggy, but it may be ok in 1.5 or later
 * It takes many cost to realize trac backend API behaviour.
 * Some cache mechanism is required, but it looks like auto mirroring.
 * At the time I made, trac backend API was planed to refine, so I stopped
   development until API is fixed. Then I forgot it...

Feel free to clone and re-use it if you want.
And it's ok to move it to better place like BitBucket to share and collaborate.
