For the record, most "real users" seem to want real sub-tickets: e.g. a hierarchy instead of a directed graph. While someone needs to adopt the plugin first, I'd love to see it go in this direction as whenever my users ask about subtickets (which, again, for the record, I think is an awful idea, but users want what they want) I can give them a brief answer instead of describing what MasterTickets does and what it doesn't do and why one can't assume that blockers are subtasks.
