You'll have better luck posting to the trac-users group, which is the
appropriate place for questions such as this. You might also consider
directly emailing the author of the T&E plugin; he's a friendly guy and I
bet he'd answer your question. You can probably find his email listed in
the `setup.py` file for the T&E plugin.
