Hi. Not sure if you got help from any of the other admins yet, but:

That ticket was created by you as anonymous (read: not logged in) user, and you have replaced the default "anonymous" by your e-mail address, which asures that you receive notifications for replies to the ticket. But that does not create a valid account. However, I saw that a user "darose" has recently been registered, with your e-mail address associated to it. That seems to suggest that you've managed to solve the "issue" yourself meanwhile :) However, if you continue to further experience any trouble with t-h.o please let us know.
