I'm writing a plugin that adds some features when displaying a ticket. I've added some static html, using my plugin, that shows up on the ticket page, but I need to populate it with information from the ticket. The main things of interest to me are the keywords and description of the ticket, but I don't know how to get these. Does the env have anything I could use?
