Hello Stephen,

not only your contribution has been greatly appreciated, but users sent
in bug reports and enhancement request after initial release of your
Trac plugin.

When you released it, it wasn't a whole new idea, but actually
superseded two other hacks, that needed more setup effort to achieve
similar functionality. Great! Even more it was ahead in design by
fitting in nicely with Trac default theme adding a second metanav style
navigation line between metanav and mainnav.

Even with Trac 0.12 it is still usable. But there hasn't been much
support over the past months, if any. This is bad for users, bad for
t-h.o and even diminishing your idea and startup work.

I use it in production, but I do need to go back from a locally patched
thing to an officially maintained Trac plugin for several reasons. I'd
like to see it fit for i18n to name one new thing, that I have in mind.

Hereby I do apply for cooperation. I'm up to help with testing,
committing others and my own fixes to resolve existing tickets and
update the wiki page. Please look at my previous work for some other
plugins at t-h.o, if you doubt I could help you out.

Would you be so kind as to allow Michael to grant SVN commit to me?
What do you say?

Yours

Steffen Hoffmann
