Did you ever try TicketImportPlugin [1]? I already did some data migration from MS Excel(tm) ToDo lists and the like, and it works well. Populate your Trac with 10000 tickets in less than 1 min, really handy. BTW, I plan to co-maintain this within some weeks, request pending, will sent copy here soon.
