I have some questions about licenses: 1. If there is no license attached to a plugin and the author does not reply during an adoption request, is it appropriate for the maintainer to attach a license to the plugin? An example of this can be found in [1]. 2. Perhaps there should be some text on the plugin creation page that says "if no license is attached to this plugin and it is hosted on t-h.o, then by uploading the plugin the author is granting that it be distributed under the terms on license X". Any thoughts?
