Anyway, depending on current state and on what you imagine with 'in the same page', there are some options: dev tickets don't use ticket type use ticket type=(dev|support) or similar + low setup/maintenance effort: same ticket system + potentially beneficially low barrier to pick-up user input in development - significantly different (custom) fields would require something like dynfields [1] to have custom, low-fuss /newticket input forms - harder to keep development internals private (likely invisible for users seeking support) dev tickets use different ticket types could still use (another) type for support tickets here ... If site = domain than even two separate Trac environments side-by-side could be acceptable: dev tickets in trac/dev and support in trac/support use different name space (InterTrac recommended for easy linking) + full content separation, like dev tickets + repo on one and just tickets and possibly wiki user docs on the other side, + more clearly separated user base - considerable maintenance overhead - somewhat harder to track overall demand/workload for developers, if they are in charge for both, development and support Hope, this will help you to make up your mind, even to find another solution.
