I noticed that https://trac-hacks.org/wiki/AttachFilterPlugin has not been updated in over a year and was wondering if it was still being maintained. I would love to submit my changes for review and inclusion (if they are worthy). Alternatively, I would like to adopt it: https://trac-hacks.org/ticket/10465.
