I can confirm that your account is named "t2y" (without quotes, of course).

You currently don't have write permission to the repository path
/traccronplugin (which holds the source of TracCronPlugin). This can be
changed (by one of the admins), but before that the current maintainer of
the plugin had to agree to that step.
Since the current maintainer has marked ticket 10835 as accepted, I asked
him there to let us know about his decision. Once he responds, we can act
accordingly.
