My suggestion is that so called religious heads like Jagatguru, heads of Maths and VHP & Bajrang Dal should take up case of cleaning of religious places instead of talking about valentine day, PUBS and western cultural effect on Hindus. In name of religion we dirty up the place and no one questions them. I had visited Hardwar few years back and my wife who is a religious kind refused to take a dip in Ganga (though it is a canal leading to Har ki Pauri) because of muck in water. How long can we tolerate this type of degradation of our religious places. God bless them all.
