Please do not try it as it does not work.  Virus which attaches to you mail
address book picks up all addresses or at random and not the first one.
Best way to avoid virus is
Do not open any mail from a person not known to you
Do not open any attachment with .exe or .com .bat as extension unless you
are positive that it is a safe attachment
Keep a good reliable and genuine anti virus software.  It is worth spending
2-3000 rs per year.
