Interesting readings.

I was talking to my niece and her husband who migrated to Australia about
10 years back.

He is working a Marketing Manager in one firm and required to travel all
over Australia thru out year.

Their view was as follow ;

Most of students live in bad localities to save on rent. (saving a good
option)
They buy latest and expensive Ipod, phone and laptops and use it travelling
( good buy)
But using these in bad localities brings threat to them as others want to
grab it by hook or crook. (bad area selection)

If students select better area to live, the most of the problem will be
solved.

I have seen over here in UK, lots of Indian getting decent salary decide to
stay in highly crowded areas to save on rent. They are scared to move out
at certain hours.
