hi, watched it runs in the family. it is a story of a dysfunctional newyork family which has done well financially but is found wanting in all other aspects of life..the movie covers three generations of the family.all the male heads of the family are played by the three douglas men, kirk, michael, and not so popular son of michael.it is wonderful to watch all the three on the screen. when kirk tells his grandson that michael has done better than him as a father, michael's laconic reply is he had not been set even a reasonably high bar.they also declare that their family had survived all disasters, including themselves. good watch with a lot of one liners.unfortunately the quotes from the film could not be located to be attached to this mail.so watch the movie to enjoy the one liners. regards.
