*Be Still and Be My **Friend - by God!** by Michael Levy*** [image: http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1203/983342262_8bdf548b67.jpg] * * * * * ***** * * *The old saying, a friend in need is a friend indeed, may still hold true for a few, but anyone who speaks authentic truths has become a little redundant in today's world and they are avoided like the plague.*** *People have grown far more intellectually fickle and if their simple-minded friend does not conform to their standard lifestyle or way of thinking, the friend become a fiendish irritation.*** *In my role as God almighty on earth I am everyone's friend but most people no longer recognize me as their friend, so I guess I am not so mighty? ... Well, maybe that is because it is not my intent to make anyone do what they do not want to do.*** *From my experience I can honestly say as an omnipresent God that I have never lost a friend, however, many friends have lost my company ... More so in recent years, as I talk more freely about the genuine way to live life on earth, to a more unapproachable, modern sculptured human world, heading towards polluted or nuclear extinction. I find it bizarre that I hear many people say they want peace yet they continue to wage war to find it, rather than finding me?*** *I understand many of my friends have their quirks and idiosyncrasies and I have learnt to play along with their perspectives whilst speaking my universal, indisputable truth.*** *Unfortunately, because of their religious beliefs, superior education, scientific knowledge or social standing, they feel my simplicity is not to their liking and can no longer associate themselves with me as their God. ... I am the first to admit I am simple in the eyes of sophisticated people who consider themselves to be clever in some way or other... That is why they have vanquished themselves from my paradise.*** *Maybe they believe their religious doctrine is sacrosanct and no other viewpoint can be tolerated? Maybe they believe their social embellishes are paramount and anyone who cannot conform will not be stomached? Maybe they believe science and technology can replace me?*** *Whatever the reason, I have found simple - minded, centered living cannot be tolerated by people with dogmatic, one sided viewpoints in politics and world events that contain an authoritarian left or right slant.*** *Thankfully, I still have a few good friends who listen in silence to me and do not live in shallow minds. All my friends beam my smile at birth, however, only a few carry it with them throughout their lives.*** *On the surface many people seem like they are not bothered by a different viewpoint. They will tolerate different opinions, however when the aspects of dialogue contain authentic universal truths, intellectual/egotistical people will run miles away and keep their minds detached from my love and joy.*** *It seems if I, the only authentic God in the universe cannot fit in with a social tribal mentality, then I will be condemned to isolation by that group and replaced with a man-made ideology. Funny thing is some of the religious groups are theoretically textbook spiritual, however, I find their theology cannot be lived in a joy-filled mind... As if their doctrine and dogma can replace my love and joy?*** *Others are motivational life coaches, professors, or other professional experts who want to train their pupils to become catch-phrase-parrots so that they can find their pot of gold... As if money and possessions can replace me?*** *Some are psychologists or medical groups who want to put Band-Aids on symptoms rather than curing the causes. .. As if humans can repair a body and mind better than I can?*** *Yes in-deed, if I do not conform to peoples be-lie-fs they will abstain from listening to my happy, silent communication. I cannot be accepted in any circle of society that wants it to be their way or the highway. In every case, my high-way seems to make sense to me, alas, but not to them.*** *The laughable thing is I have never fallen out with anyone in my life and only desire the best of everything for everybody. Everyone I have known for the past few million years are all now my eternal friends and are no longer distant. I can only send sacred blessings in the direction of all my friends on earth right now who try to keep me far out of their conscious minds.*** *The same holds true especially for all my friends in the mainstream media who continue to ignore my voice and yet do make small changes in many subtle ways to their publication or TV/radio show. Which tells me they may not want to attest to my voice but they do eventually subscribe to a little of it at a time.*** *Of course, the real reason for their small changes will never be known until the changes become paramount?*** *Until that day arrives, I will continue to be the friend who is kept at a distance ...
