Dear Rajinder San:

The water flow near our Embassy in Tokyo is a moat, surroundingthe Emperor’s
Palace.  One of the best views of Cherry Blossom is near our Embassyin Tokyo.
In fact, very near Embassy is Yasukuni Shrine and that is the verybest place to
view Cherry Blossom.  Was living in Tokyo for nearly four decadesand I used to
frequent Embassy of India once a week. I was the President ofIndian association
throughout my stay in Tokyo.  All the very best,

Mani

As beautiful as Valley of flowers in Uttarakhand. Though theflowers in Valley
of flowers are more beautiful. The trees in front of IndianEmbassy in Tokyo
along the river bank are a sight to see in the season ofCherry Blossom. Even
found an Indian movie being shot in late eighties.

Love
