Fundamentally these kinds of books are seen in foreign countries
especially the USA. In India many had copied these books and had written in
our local languages too. The net result is, people investing on
wooden floorings and undivided rooms with the partitions etc ,forgetting
that we are living In India a hot climate infested with the insects,
specifically, TERMITES which would gobble up the structures, even if
treated with the chemicals periodically, and would escalate the
investments, without any benefits to our climate and the surroundings. A
mad society on the anvil and pushed in by dreamy women folks grabbing all
they see in Televisions. The funny part of these books in the USA is, to
have one's own building one has to have a conditional land, taxes and
stipulations . Generally, same type of houses with the 3 or 4 type door
color paintings and placing the rooms the opposites, and totally every
thief can know which room is used for what purpose in any home of a
colony-here this book is not needed. Even expansion and alteration to our
home owned has to go thro the local counsel. House with a swimming pool is
jolly when seen in the neighborhood but once owned , will slowly gobble you
up in closing down and hard part of it , again one has to go thro the
council approval and double the cost of the construction. Grass cutting
every week and maintaining the outside platform for the pedestrians are all
cumbersome. Here it is different. One can build without any approval,
change plans approved without any notice to the council, keep the face of
the home in navagraha styles, Gate can be built approximately even on the
road blocking the traffic, the only status is what one is . The Honourable
courts only carry all the powers of the Govt depts, who may not set the
principle holy to all, but only to those who challenged , because the law
said so. In short, such pep up and real estate book writers make a lot of
money and live ever after happily in a rented house. Fools build the
Paradise for the wise to live in. K R IRS 221220
