It is the endurance exposed in words of right expressions. I entered
my home after eye surgery on Feb 3rd 2020; one-month program of treatment
with the medicines and regular check up thereafter for a year. Dark for a
few days; then one eyed Jack; and then both eyes saw the light; and then
the axe fell; I have not crossed the front gate of my home till now when I
am writing this; Dr Raghuram had a sky to watch the clouds; I had ceiling
only as windows shall be forced open to watch the sky. I am stable
balanced.
The Prakrithi is different; people have one greatness always; they will
not remember yesterdays; like chameleons change colours. I remember:

pleasures are illusory and transient and will vanish like a dream one day.

NASTHI THASMAT JAGRATHA! JAGRATHA! MEANING: Wealth, praise, life,
everything is ephemeral or temporary. Another important thing to remember
is that death is certain, but uncertain as to when it will come.

Upanishad Adhyadma : प्रमादो ब्रह्मनिष्ठायां न कर्तव्यज् कदाचन | प्रमादो
मृत्युरित्याहुर्विद्यायां ब्रह्मवादिनः || Adhyatma Upanishad.
*Pramada* in Samskritham
variously means - negligence, inertia, inadvertence, indolence, idleness,
sluggishness, inattentiveness. Pramada produces forgetfulness. It is the
root cause of all pains and problems afflicting human-beings.
B G 14.13:
*aprakāśho ’pravṛittiśh cha pramādo moha eva cha tamasy etāni jāyante
vivṛiddhe kuru-nandana*
nescience, inertia, negligence, and delusion—these are the dominant signs
of the mode of ignorance.
*sattvāt sañjāyate jñānaṁ rajaso lobha eva cha pramāda-mohau tamaso bhavato
’jñānam eva cha*
*BG 14.17*: From the mode of goodness arises knowledge, from the mode of
passion arises greed, and from the mode of ignorance arise negligence and
delusion.
In short, we awaken only in the seclusion. Our reality is exposed.
And common folks have the bliss of the forgetfullnee
