While sanction has been obtained from Drug Controller of India, neither the state Governments nor Central Governments are ready with the process of registering by citizens. Normally the Application is developed by Department of Electronics, GOI or by IT cell of Delhi Government. 50 million doses are ready with Serum Institute of India and some 30 million doses are ready with BIOCON.   What is the delay?   Order for 80 fighter aeroplanes was placed with HAL, one year back. Only 2 have been delivered in one year. Sooner Government goes out of production, the better. Sell all Government factories and PSUs lock stock and barrel including OFB and FCI. That is the only solution.
