A cross thinking of the visionary day to day acts on earth. How ever,
Today IQ is changed to EQ may be by the high strata in the management
according to your conclusions. Quotient is say Farmers uneducated. IQ or EQ
is IAS IPS etc.
Now in my view where both the terminology would fit in and
comparable?. If we go back on earth 200 years back, there were no Degrees
or PhDs or IAS IPS at all. According to that history the world was pulling
on only with the quotients. That quotient included the Graduates, Post
Graduates, PhDs, IAS etc of today also without any labels. The history is
not for the service oriented in majority but to those who guide the country
to golden era. How many bushels of paddy would one grow is a record bit not
an history whereas, capturing the land , expanding it, collecting taxes,
paving ways to progress, keeping people smiling were all done by laws
regulated by a few. They were spoken only and not the bushels. The history
or the growth had the other ways also; a tyrant rule, a foolish govt. rain
havocs, grabbing the wife and lands and others wealth , killing the
brothers etc. However the good brain and heart raised the standards of
living and the ill woods destroyed the nations; so the acts of the doers
are the causes and effects of the living standards for which people extoled
or decried. Ramayana and Mahabharatha did not speak about the farmers of
the land or the commoners but only the kings and ministers. The conclusion
is it is not the degrees and doctorates or IAS etc but the human elements,
who rang the bell and the bell tolled only for them. Quotient is a mere
adjusted mathematics and shall be retained to trigger the brain cells; but
the IQ or EQ is important to retain at least if not with a bit increase, to
sustain that maths. In that process good and bad occurred. I have been
seeing invariably the acts of the British creating huge impacts in the
annals of the history of India in many folds where the current generation
is lead to think only the British and never the ancient Indians at all. KR
