How I thought about them, though cannot deny the facts in them: May I?
1 The world you see is created by what you focus on; it's never too late
to adjust your lens.
KR: In short world is the reflection of the perception; if I see the
world with a focus of golden shreds, will get all of them?; world is for
all and holds the treasures for the perceptions of all; decision to take
from it is our gunas beyond the perception as perceptions do merge with the
world.
2 Relations and Medicine play the same role in life - both care for us in
pain. Only difference is true relationships do not have any expiry date.
KR: Appears to be perfect; but 2nd part and 1st part contradicts; false
relatives and medicines have expiry date while the true relationship is
more than a medicine since they do not expire.
3 A Government which robs Peter to pay Paul, can always depend on the
support of Paul (G B Shaw)
KR: If the Govt depends on the support of Paul, why would they have to
rob Peter?. They can take from Peter and provide the cost-equivalent while
pretending to pay Paul to rob back for itself.
4 I contend that for a Nation to try and tax itself into prosperity, is
like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself by the handle.

KR: TRY AND TAX TO PROSPERITY is the key tone.

B Kautilya Chanakya advised that the king must start his day by getting
reports on three most important issues – defence, revenue and
expenditures. “Kosha Moolo Danda”, Chanakya wrote in first chapter of
Arthashastra; this means ‘revenue is the backbone of administration’. “Just
as one plucks fruits from a garden as they ripen, so shall a king have the
revenue collected as it becomes due. Just as one does not collect unripe
fruits, he shall avoid taking tax that is not due because that will make
the people angry and spoil the very sources of revenue,” Chanakya insists
that taxes should be levied according to the ability to pay. He recommended
tax exemptions for the poor, the elderly and the needy. Chanakya was of the
view that all achievements are highly dependent on finance. Therefore,
serious attention must be paid to *increasing the treasury on a priority
basis.* Therefore, he emphasized on a wider range of the tax net.
C So does Churchill go against the principles?. He is a real taxing
giant in the world war II. When people protested about the highest taxation
when people were left with the power only to buy a half loaf of bread, he
quipped that let people be happy that he let them have that. May he meant
himself. Indian taxation had crossed the Nehruvian time of 70% and now only
10% of the taxpayers are in the slab of 30% and 70% goes back to people.
Taxation is the yield for the exchequers and ploughed back to the Industry;
on the contrary people who are fed by the taxpayers' money drive tractors
and cars ,live in tents and cots with fine dresses calling themselves as
agriculturists, without paying any tax; the agriculturists real who looks
like Gandhi is witnessing the wonder who does not get anything because he
started worshipping people who stab them at their backs. Between the fools
and the tricksters live the tax payers and the Government; if you allow
their rights opposition says imbecile govt; if strict action initiated,
Govt is a tyrant; so diplomacy is played along where perhaps the apex court
is also frustrated and issued some questioners. K R IRS 8121
